Common controls

These work the same in every game. Games are played in landscape, so turn your device sideways.

Control	Where	What it does
Movement < >	Left side	Move or aim. Hold to keep going.
Action FIRE	Right side	The game's main action. Hold for repeat action.
Pause	Top left	Pauses a game in progress. Press the action button to resume, or your device's Back to quit.
Up / down arrows	Left, under pause	Move the whole control cluster up or down while you play.
SOUND	Top right	Sound on or off.
SWAP	Top right	Swap sides: action on the left, movement on the right.

Settings

Settings are saved and apply to every game. The same options appear in-game, so you can change them mid-game.

Sound on or off.
Swap controls to put the action buttons on the left, handy for left-handed play.
Control height to move the buttons up or down to suit how you hold your device. They start mid-screen on phones and about three-quarters down on tablets, and your choice is remembered.

Pause, quit and game over

Tap pause to freeze the game. Moving the controls with the arrows also pauses it.
Press your device's Back button to leave.
When a game ends your score is shown, and a new best is saved as your high score. High scores are kept separately for every game.
